Return Policy

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. My Easy Finances will assess a 10% restocking fee on any returned packages, with the exception of a defective product.

Unopened Product:

Product can be returned UNOPENED within 15 days for a full refund. When the product is received your credit card will be credited. Send the unopened:

Defective Product:

If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please contact My Easy Finances Technical Support at Defects@MyEasyFinances.com, within 30 days. If your product does have a defect, your product will be replaced. If you install the software and use the serial number then you may not return the software as defective.

My Easy Finances must be notified by email if a product is defective.
Send an email to Defects@MyEasyFinances.com with 1. An explanation of the defect
2. Serial Number
3. Phone number where we can reach you
A representative will contact you. Product that is deemed defective will be promptly replaced.

Product Dissatisfaction:

If you are dissatisfied with the product send in a refund request within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Please accompany your refund request with an explanation of why you did not like the product. You must send in the following :
1. Invoice
2. Credit Card number to be credited
3. Valid email address

Once we receive your request we will send you a "Kill Code". This is a code you must put into the license portion of the software you are running in order to remove the software from your system. When this is done we can then credit your account with the full refund. Once we receive your request we will email you the complete instructions for the software removal procedure.
